COVID-19 Information


We are continuously monitoring information and guidelines related to the COVID-19 epidemic and taking additional steps to keep our customers and employees safe. The following are some of the actions we are taking, but please let us know if you have any other concerns. We are happy to do what we can to provide everyone with a friendly and safe environment.

General Precautions:

  • Operating service and body shop services with minimum staff and limited hours
    • Hours: 8AM to 5PM Monday through Friday
  • Following social distancing and proper hygiene guidelines for those on location
  • Requiring employees who are experiencing symptoms of illness to work from home or take time off
  • Disinfecting all surfaces once per day and desks/lounge areas between guests
  • Encouraging credit card payments via phone to minimize direct interactions

Service & Body Shop Precautions:

  • Suspending shuttle service and test drives with customers to follow 6-foot guidelines
  • Offering vehicle pick up and drop off for certain areas, please call to arrange
  • Adjusting write-up procedures to minimize
  • Disinfecting vehicles before and after service
  • Wearing gloves when inside vehicle and disposing between each vehicle

Sales Precautions:

  • Showrooms are closed and staff is working from home, but still available to discuss vehicle options
  • Virtual appointments and purchase available

Some of the banks we work with are offering programs to support customers during this period. We are continuously checking for the most up to date information.

Chase Bank / Mazda Capital:

Chase is offering a 90-day payment extension period for loans and leases no matter the stage of delinquency and waiving existing late and non-sufficient funds fees, we simply need to hear from customers that need this assistance.

Hyundai Motor Finance:

Deferred Payments on New Vehicle Purchases
Because Hyundai believes in making things better for customers, they’re deferring payments for the first 90 days on select new Hyundai vehicles purchased March 14 through April 30.

Up to 6 Months of Payment Relief on New Vehicle Purchases
In 2009, Hyundai launched Hyundai Assurance to help protect owners who lost their jobs. In response to recent events, Hyundai brought it back. So, Hyundai is covering up to six months of payments for Hyundai owners who purchased or leased a Hyundai vehicle between March 14 and April 30, 2020 if they lose their job due to COVID-19 this year.

Global Health Crisis Relief for Current Customers
30-day payment extension (up to 3 months). If you’ve been affected by the current Global Health Crisis and need assistance from Hyundai Finance, please contact them 1-800-523-4030.

Volkswagen Credit:

Tier 1 and 2 customers who purchase a new vehicle will have the option to defer payments for up to 180 days. This applies to VCI retail contracts only and individual state requirements and other program terms and conditions apply. See dealer for details.

Huntington Bank:

Consumer Payment Deferral Program
For consumers facing a financial hardship related to family sickness or workplace closures due to COVID-19, Huntington will offer a payment deferral for up to 90 days with no credit bureau impact.

Auto Loan Payment Assistance
Huntington can help customers having difficulty making auto loan payments. Customers may contact the Installment Loan Customer Service Department at (800) 445-8460 from 8AM to 6PM EST Monday through Friday.
